Paul Fabrications receives top Meggitt Supplier Award

Paul Fabrications received an award for 'Outstanding Performance in Quality and Delivery' at Meggitt's first supplier recognition ceremony.

Paul Fabrications general manager Alistair Burns said: “It is an honour to be recognised by one of the industry’s top global leaders in aerospace manufacturing.

“This award is a testament to our entire team’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.”

Presenting the award were Martin Calland, group head of procurement and Amir Allahverdi, group director of operations. Kevin Dexter, business development manager, accepted the award on behalf of Paul.

Paul is a supplier of complex fabricated and machined assemblies for several Meggitt programmes and was recognised for 100% quality and delivery performance for 2012.

Paul Fabrications is a precision manufacturer and supplier of complex assemblies for both the aerospace and nuclear refueling industries. The company has key work statements on a range of aircraft engine platforms and is an approved supplier for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide. The company specialises in specialty alloys, high temperature applications, and integrated assemblies with high tolerance requirements. Paul Fabrications is fully certified to AS9100 Rev C and holds five Nadcap approvals.

The group is composed of Unitech Composites, Integrated Composites, Hill AeroSystems and Paul Fabrications, and leverages the strength of its design, engineering, development, and manufacturing capabilities from the separate companies working as part of one group.
