Caroline Andrews, Chief People Officer at IAG Cargo said: “I am delighted to open applications for a new cohort of graduates following such a successful 2022 intake. Since our graduate scheme began eleven years ago, they have become a vital part of our success and an important talent pool for IAG Cargo. “IAG Cargo is a really exciting place to be right now, in addition to our great incentives, newly refurbished gym and discounted travel we’re investing more in our people, creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best and grow their careers. I’m looking forward to welcoming the next generation of talent and fresh perspective into the business and wish the best of luck to all those applying.”

No day is the same; new problem-solving opportunities arise regularly, making each day interesting and unique.”

Based at IAG Cargo’s head office at London Heathrow, successful graduates will have the opportunity to join a global, diverse, and inclusive team where the culture encourages everyone to bring their true selves to work. They will receive a competitive salary and participate in the   Company Bonus Plan, enjoying a number of company funded and voluntary benefits  including discounted flights.
