BMT plans to expand
Andrew Cooper, managing director of BMT Reliability Consultants said: “These are very exciting times for us with large, long term contracts that are driving a need for significant expansion. We have grown by over 20% during each of the last two years and we continue to grow as a result of a number of new projects both here in the UK and internationally.
"Consequently, we now have a need to recruit experienced staff across a range of skillsets, including reliability centred maintenance (RCM), support engineering, maintenance analysis, cost forecasting, and availability modelling.
"We are looking for high calibre staff at all levels from data assistants to more senior staff that can help manage these large, complex contracts. We are particularly looking for personnel with recent experience of naval systems, and also for personnel with experience in the rail sector.”
The planned expansion will also take the company beyond the size of their current offices and plans are in hand to source additional office space in the local area.
