Happy 100th Birthday Owen

Posted 19 February 2018 · 1 Comment

Industry veteran Owen Jolly is this month celebrating his 100th Birthday.

Owen supported the Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) and its members in the 1990s and 2000s and spent a good deal of his time assisting with Defence Contractual and Intellectual Property (IP) Conditions.

He also assisted many companies with their particular concerns relating to IP.

The Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) was merged along with the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC) and the Association of Police and Public Security Suppliers (APPSS), to form  ADS Group Limited in September 2009. ADS is the trade organisation representing the aerospace, defence, security and space industries in the United Kingdom.

Everyone at ADS and ADVANCE would like to congratulate Owen on reaching this wonderful milestone.

Congratulations Owen!

Congratulations Owen, keep taking the medicine - you're looking great for a survivor of the Ministry of Defence and Industry committees! Quite a lot has changed since you retired from DMA in 2005 - but you look much the same, whereas we look much older as we battle on with MoD and others. Keep fit and healthy in the years to come.
