ADB Safegate has sought to take advantage of Langley’s close proximity to Heathrow airport in a less congested suburb with excellent car parking provision and a direct link to central London via the Elizabeth line station, only a two-minute walk from the building. They have committed to a 10-year term at the premises located at Waterside Drive – one of Langley’s main commercial nodes.  The park, an important economic engine for the local economy, houses blue-chip occupiers including Osram, Sixt and Vestel.

Ed Davidson, Asset Management Director at RO Real Estate, commented: "Langley is proving to be a popular location for many businesses that want easy access to Heathrow airport, whilst benefitting from an excellent parking ratio and easy access to Central London via the Elizabeth Line. We have worked hard to develop the tenant mix during the course of our ownership and are pleased to be curating a diverse mix that will benefit from the long-term fundamentals of the location and the high-quality office buildings which benefit from air-conditioning, LED lighting and raised access floors.  We wish the company every success in their new UK base.”
